- School climate surveys
- Staff memos and emails regarding testing and curriculum issues
- Responsible for Principal's fund budget, High Ability Budget, and Class of 2014 Budget
- Create schedules for testing, duties, and specials
- Accreditation visit schedule and committees etc.
- Conduct interviews and hire staff for Technology Integration Specialists as well as classroom teachers
- Established and enforced classroom expectations as well as guided teachers in the process
- Phone/email logs of communications with parent
